On behalf of the Board of Directors and Staff of Kent Youth & Family Services, WELCOME to our multi-faceted web site featuring helpful news, links, and inspiring information about our many exciting initiatives.

Here at KYFS, at the heart of our pursuit, we celebrate diversity. Each and every day, we provide professional counseling, education and support services to children, youth and their families by developing innovative programs in culturally sensitive ways. You will see just how vital our work –
and your involvement – is to our growing community.

For over 41 years, our mission and passion has been "Working Toward a Better Future." And we've only just begun. Kent, Covington and South King County together are an ever-changing blend of multiple cultures and ethnicities from around the world. The area is also home to families who’ve lived here their entire lives and now have children of their own. Our doors are open and KYFS is here to support all of our neighbors who need us.
